Role: Business Analyst

Location: Hampshire - Commutable from Southampton, Reading, Farnborough, Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

A Business Analyst is required to join a FTSE 250 organisation undertaking a procurement transformation. They are looking to grow and develop their procurement function using technology and new processes. Therefore, they need a BA to bridge the gap between procurement and technology, with focus on a bredth of projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for change to the business processes, policies and IS. You will have experience as a BA in large scale, complex programme in a delivery and a strategic capacity.

Ideal candidate:

  • Over 3 years' experience operating as a Business Analyst in a large complex organisation
  • Experience working on procurement focused projects
  • Strong understanding of the procurement function, trends, technologies, risks and opportunities
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technology and finance/procurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management expertise, confident challenging, persuading and directing
  • Proven track record of BA tools/techniques: Stakeholder assessment, business process and system analysis, requirement gathering, data modelling, presentation, change and strategic analysis
  • Experience delivering a blend of projects end to end, including technology and business change is essential.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
