Business Analyst - HR & Payroll - Wolverhampton - £50,000 + Package

La Fosse are recruiting for a Business Analyst with HR & Payroll implementation project experience to join an exciting business in Wolverhampton who are commencing a business-wide transformation programme, which includes a new ERP implementation and redesign of all business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead on one of the Midlands largest transformation programmes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience leading BA activity on a significant HR& Payroll implementation project
  • Proven full lifecycle business analysis experience within significant change and business systems projects, being involved from conception through to service transition and the post-live environment.
  • Proven track record managing senior stakeholders, presenting and managing workshops at that level.
  • Have good knowledge and proven experience of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
  • An influencer within the organisation; someone who can build relationships with colleagues of all levels across the organisation
