Role: Business Analyst - Field Service Management (FSM)
Location: Oxford (remote working options available)
Salary: up to £60k

Our Oxford based client is currently looking for a Business Analyst with Field Service Management experience to join them on a permanent basis. The role will support the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP C/X for both CRM (Customer Relationship Management) , FSM (Field Service Management) and Marketing Automation. The successful candidate will work as a liaison between business leadership, projects team and the technical support teams. You will form an integral part of the set up and roll out of the FSM and Customer Portal aspects of the system.
- Direct, hands-on experience with SAP C/X or other CRM/FSM
- Strong knowledge of CRM/FSM software practices and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing.
- Experience with customer portal applications
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
