- Clear and methodical approach to tackling ambiguity at each stage of the change lifecycle
- Familiarity with working in and across Waterfall and Agile methods. Adaptability to hybrid Waterfall/Agile methods
- Strategic awareness
Desirable:
- Experience supporting systems transformation and/or migrations
- Experience in the Project Manager and/or Product Manager roles
- Enthusiasm for contributing to all appropriate communities of practice
- Experience training or mentoring junior BAs or other project professionals
- Experience of working with Service Designers and Business Architects
