Business Analyst – 3E Practice Management System – FTC

Boutique Legal Firm based in London are looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Project Management Office for a 1 year fixed term contract to work alongside 1 other Business Analyst to deliver 3E Practice Management System for the firm. This currently is at the Data Conversion 1 of 3 and they need custom development and business process changes to be documented. This role will report to the PMO Manager.

Fixed term contract paying £80,000 – £85,000 for the year and will include a benefits package.

THE ROLE
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Working alongside 1 other Business Analyst on delivering the 3E Practice Management System.
• Defining and documenting business requirements, processes and functions as well as discover opportunities to improve the service and technology of 3E.
• Lead on workstreams within the programme and establish relationships with key stakeholders to deliver.
• Work with key project stakeholders to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Analyse existing and proposed services and products to work out how they be utlised better and also adopted by users in the business.
• Compile comprehensive business cases for evaluation by the Project Board
• Communicate plans and results of the projects to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

YOU

The ideal Business Analyst will have experience of:

• Worked as a Busienss Analyst on a project or programme to deliver a legal practice management system, preference would be 3E.
• Stakeholder management experience from C-Suite level down.
• Have gathered business requirements and processes and documented functional and technical requirements, use cases and work flow/data flow diagrams in an effective way.
• Have worked in a matrix management format
• High standard of written and oral communication.
