Business Analyst

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for engaging and meeting with each Business Unit to understand and document the specific requirements for IT Service Management such that these can be input to the Project delivery team in a considered and controlled fashion and tracked to completion.

Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role

· Engagement with representatives from each Business Unit

· Accountability for the completion of a ServiceNow onboarding pack for each Business Unit across five key ITSM disciplines:

o IT Incident Management

o IT Service Request Management

o IT Change Management

o IT Problem Management

o IT Knowledge Management

· Ownership of a Product backlog and gap analysis of requirements against the central ServiceNow platform capabilities provided by the Project

· Responsible for the production of clear and concise related documentation

· Responsible for scheduling and running associated workshops with Business Unit representatives

Experience & Expertise

· Demonstrated exposure with ITSM systems at an Enterprise level (ideally ServiceNow)

· A minimum of 5 years of related BA work experience;

· Experience in enterprise IT environments comparable in size and complexity to that of Belron

· Ability to operate autonomously following initial introductions from the Project to the Business Unit representative

· Exceptional customer focus, able to follow the Belron transformation culture of delivering change through partnership with the individual Business Units

· Ability to act as a competent and credible agent of the Project across engagement with Business Unit representatives from across the globe

Skills & Competencies

· ITIL v3/v4 foundation qualification or similar level of familiarity with ITIL processes

· Communication skills - both written and verbal

· Strong self motivation, ability to work independently with little supervision

· Facilitation skills, including running sessions remotely via Microsoft Teams with participants from other countries and timezones

Desirable Criteria / Qualifications

· Prior experience of requirements gathering for IT Service Management transformation Project/activities

· Degree educated or equivalent.
