Role: Digital Business Analyst
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst to join one of the UK's leading fintech companies. They have experienced rapid growth since inception and their customer base has grown to over 5 million and they now work in partnership with some of the UK's most established brands.
The role will sit within their Digital Services Team and you will play an important role in shaping their digital delivery. You will support the development of their digital service offering by working on a range of projects such as, a new cardless solution, mobile and web app development, loyalty propositions, and credit and payment projects, in addition to and supporting other innovative concepts.
Elicit, prioritise and document requirements including, user cases, user stories and develop acceptance criteria.
You will be responsible for backlog refinement, sprint planning, scrum meetings and sprint estimation.
Deliver using an Agile methodology.
Analyse and gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate into useable user stories.
Support the product manager to shape and deliver the product roadmap with clear understanding of the customer and business problems that need to be solved.
Identify opportunities for creating new customer centric features, optimising journeys and delivering change.
Knowledge of the credit card sector and its products, or relevant experience in Financial Services.
Experience of working within the scrum framework.
Experience of working on mobile app products.
Certified Product Analyst or Business Analyst, e.g. SAFe, BCS, ISEB.
Prior experience with API concepts and API initiatives.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
Location: London or Leeds and Flexible Working on offer
