Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

We have an exciting opportunity to work with a world leading client who excel in delivering security services. During some of the worlds most extreme weather and healthcare related incidents, our client steps up to deliver security management and solutions through innovative technology and real time insights. They work across the globe with a team who are passionate, motivated and partner with Fortune 500, Government, NGO's and more.

They are currently seeking a Business Analyst who will join them as they digitalise their content management system (CMS). You will join a newly established team and have the opportunity to work on multiple projects within their CMS transformation journey.

Key Responsibility:

  • Experience defining user stories, gathering requirements and specifications for features, capabilities, and improvements across the content services and platforms.

  • Work closely with all delivery teams, including QA, to ensure that defined user stories and requirements

  • Participate actively in and/or manage processes, workflows and ceremonies supporting overall product delivery, including stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews

  • Build expertise across group and individual business line digital product portfolio

  • Manage and validate the ongoing support/maintenance process and backlog

  • Collaborate with Development Team to design and implement new features.

Desirable Skills

  • 3-5 years in an Agile Business Analyst or Product role

  • Experience of Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar

  • Experience creating user stories, gathering requirements and functional specifications

  • Experience in delivering user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile framework

  • Strong knowledge of APIs and content management systems such as; Sitecore, Adobe, Kentico, AEM, Contentful

  • Experience with Confluence, Jira would be beneficial

  • Deep knowledge of agile delivery tools and processes
