Job Title: Business Analyst

Salary: £75,000 - £80,0000

Location: Holborn - Hybrid

Business Analyst is required to join a property firm, who will be working as part of the team to support and enable the effective delivery of major firm-wide change programmes. You will develop a deep and effective knowledge of the firm, its work, processes, and technology. You will be playing a key role in analysing and redesigning processes and suggesting improvements to raise operational efficiency and quality. The Business Analyst will be reporting to the Head of PMO, this is a key role within the Project Management Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing thought leadership and direction, embedding the company principles on data change when working with client teams

  • Understanding and communicating complex and abstract concepts effectively to a broad range of target audiences, including business, data, and software development stakeholders

  • Optimising and cataloguing documents and artefacts related to BAU operational processes

  • Capturing and defining stakeholder needs, breaking down fuzzy requirements into actionable segments

  • Establishing a thorough understanding of the business operations to best advise on how best to improve and streamline our business processes

  • Knowledge of Legal and IP industry and work in a Partnership an advantage
