We're looking for a hard-working, innovative and ambitious analyst to support in building our new Talent Strategy Division, by becoming an expert in the field of Talent & People Strategy. The division works with small tech start-ups advising, coaching & training them on their People & Talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Research small technology start-ups who could be potential clients and establish leads for the Head of Talent Strategy
  • Attend industry events to build and grow your networks
  • Support the Head of Talent Strategy to design and develop events for existing and potential new clients
  • Assist the Head of Talent Strategy to continually monitor and seek the opportunity to improve the service we offer to our clients
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce case studies from previous work with clients
  • You will work with key members of the broader consulting team; La Fosse's CEO, HR & Head of Talent & Organisational Psychology, to build advice and strategy documents for new clients
  • Administrative support will be required to assist with: managing diaries of clients and internal members of the consulting team, preparing pitch documents for new business meetings and taking notes from client briefing meetings. You will also be involved in developing training material for the workshop and coaching sessions we do with Clients

We are looking for…

  • A Graduate with a 2:1 or 1st Class Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a subject that requires strong writing ability
  • Comparable experience in a professional environment would be desirable, but we are also open to a graduate with relevant capabilities and a real appetite for learning and growth
  • A self-starter who can work to direction but can also work independently
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to senior people
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Be prepared to deal with various tasks at once, with the ability to cope under pressure
  • Have excellent data processing and IT skills (word, excel, outlook)
  • Most importantly be self-motivated and driven to succeed
