Application Support Technician - London (semi-remote) - £45,000 to £50,000
This role presents an opportunity for an Application Support Technician to join a leading independent Insurance Brokers. The main role responsibility is to provide support for the Application Support Team Manager, deputising when necessary. You would be responsible for all backend support for Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and their virtual desktop solution.
- Experience of working in a support team
- Experience of dealing with 3rd party suppliers.
- High level of Technical support skills.
- Technical application background.
- SQL experience.
- MS SQL server.
- Administration of Microsoft Teams
- Management of our Virtual Desktop Solutions.
- Administration of the Office 365 environment.
- Experience of working within an ITIL environment.
