Position: Application Support Lead

Location: Oxford

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 (plus bonus & benefits)

I am currently seeking an Application Support Lead, to join a leading Hotel and Hospitality company.

Reporting into the Application Services Manager, the Application Support Lead will be accountable for leading the application support team on a day to day operational basis, as well as managing third-party vendors, driving ITIL process and service improvement, and supporting project work.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience of managing application support activities in a fast paced, customer centric and multi-site business.
  • Previous experience of leading an application support function in the areas of reservation management, revenue management, CRM, finance, HR, maintenance, F&B and data/reporting, is DESIRABLE.
  • Hands on experience of supporting business applications with an excellent understanding of core business processes, and ideally a good understanding of hospitality or a similar industry.
  • Strong vendor management experience having held roles where business applications are managed and delivered under a SaaS model.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an inherent ability to effectively communicate with and influence others up to a senior level.
  • Drive and determination to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum ITIL V3 Foundation certified and significant experience in ITIL aligned environments.
