Application Support Engineer - £35,000 - Northamptonshire

I am currently partnered with a leading retail business based on the border of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire who are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team and support the core applications within the business. Working alongside the service desk and customer care team, the ERP Apps Support Engineer is responsible for analysing the root incident around the applications, replicating it and managing through to resolution.

Key Experience and Responsibilities:

  • Experience of supporting ERP systems is essential
  • Experience of working with Excel and extracting data using Excel.
  • SQL Experience
  • Experience of working across multiple teams and the ability to work as an individual or as part of the Apps Support function.
  • A strong focus around customer service
