Application Support Analyst

Oracle Eloqua/ Salesforce/Adobe

I am recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join a FTSE 100 company based out of Victoria, providing support for a range of sales, marketing, data and integration applications across their business. This is a level 2 support role, working in a small but highly motivated team with some of the most in-demand applications in the industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing level 2 support for a suite of enterprise applications within the Global Sales and Marketing team
  • Managing and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA's
  • Escalating tickets to level 3 support team where necessary
  • Managing change requests
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Facilitating testing including system, UAT, performance and integration

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in providing level 2 technical support for marketing applications, including Salesforce and Oracle Eloqua
  • Working knowledge Incident Management, Request Fulfilment and Change Management processes
  • A logical approach to investigating and resolving complex problems
  • Excellent prioritisation and workload management skills
  • Previous experience in using an Enterprise Level IT Service Management toolset manage incidents and service requests
