Job Role: Application Support Analyst
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Chiswick (1 day a week or 1 day a month - very flexible about working from the office)
Key Skill-set: SQL experience is essential.
You will be involved in all aspects of systems support including, but not limited to:-
Working with other IS staff, Super Users and end users to respond to and resolve operational and systems related issues.
Working with IT staff to manage and monitor database and application servers.
Installing and customising packaged solutions.
Support key development staff with programming on both new and existing systems, including system and user testing.
To provide support for existing systems and find resolution times and prioritisation are defined by Service Level Agreement (SLA).
