Our client is a highly recognisable Digital/Retail organisation who is searching for an excellent Agile Business Analyst with previous experience working on E-commerce/Digital products with a customer focused background.

The Agile Business Analyst will be required to manage the team backlog, ensuring it is correctly prioritised with the Product and show attention to detail when engaging with the customer throughout the whole process.

Profile

  • Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst within a heavily E-commerce/Digital/Creative Space environment
  • Experience Working close with the product managers
  • Customer-centricity
  • Worked in cross-functional product development teams (not just delivery teams)
  • Able to convert customer needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Strong experience conducting and hosting Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily stand-up & Retrospective)
  • Experienced in analysing digital/web services within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience User story cards and utilising the Scrum board

Responsibilities

  • You will be the detail behind the vision, so you will live and breathe the goals & outcomes.
  • You will lead the team in refinement and planning.
  • You will manage the team backlog, ensuring it is correctly prioritised with the Product Manager and Engineering Director
  • You will be helping define and adapt the ways of working between a growing set of teams working on the re-platform
  • You will get to work with a small, dedicated product development team. they aren't a delivery team, they are there to ensure they are building the right product for the customers and the business
  • Reviewing stories with the Product Owner maintaining the Product Backlog Conducting and hosting Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily stand-up & Retrospective)
