Role: Agile Business Analyst
An Agile Business Analyst is required to join a Global data and insights consultancy organisation who have a network of businesses globally, with 29 offices in 21 countries.
They are currently embarking on major internal transformation through being acquired and are now building out their technical teams to deliver the transformation. You will have the opportunity to join their Product Team who are delivering an Integrated Platform so all data globally is accessible. You will also be supporting across cross-functional teams and the Product team within delivering the Roadmap.
Ideally, you'll have extensive knowledge of APIs due to the high level of APIs need to deliver the Integrated Platform this is a key to the role. Good knowledge of system integrations and the ability to support development teams through the programme lifecycle is also required.
Your Responsibilities:
Translating customer requirements into specifications and stories and codified on Azure DevOps.
Support Product Team with Roadmap.
Mapping out complex TO-BE and AS-IS for solutions, SAAS, API integrations, and so on.
Working alongside the Agile Product team to translate customer needs into user stories to aid delivery roadmap.
Implementing and shaping Frameworks and tools in establishment of a Business Analyst community and governance.
Map out API processes from a back end perspective of how the APIs will connect to the system.
Helping to order and prioritise the product backlog.
Organising and facilitating requirements gathering workshops, scoping sessions and interviews to ensure the team are delivering on the right things.
Ensure business needs are captured, analysed and translated into effective solutions.
Key Skills
Experience in agile ways of working.
Extensive experience and knowledge of APIs and the process of APIs.
Strong understanding of business processes and software design.
Proven experience in customer relationship management and business analysis.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
Language skills: Fluent in English.
Knowledge/ experience of Azure (Preferable).
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Hybrid/ Remote ~ based in London.
