As an admin assistant your main responsibilities will look like:

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Setup rooms, drinks, incentives

  • Setup promotional material around the office

  • Updating divisional tv screens with marketing info / team updates etc.

  • Basic CRM admin for some teams

  • Assisting booking team incentives / lunches at venues

  • Setting up company meetings / divisional meetings

  • Providing champagne for birthdays on desks

  • Helping redirect info@lafosse.com requests and client/candidate call requests from reception

  • Adding customer and consultant logos to divisional wide comms

  • Project work using excel

  • Assisting with client event tracking

  • Ad hoc secretarial and admin duties

What we'll need from you:

  • Customer service skills

  • Remains calm and solution oriented in the face of challenge

  • Proactive problem solver who takes accountability for finding solutions

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong multi-tasing skills

  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly

  • Clear written and verbal communication Skills

  • Quick to learn new systems and technology
