Account Manager

Our client represents a leading global brand in online recruitment within financial services, the parent company is a fast-growing business specialising in niche recruitment and looking to be at the forefront of innovation in their area. Due to the accelerated growth within the UK business they are now looking to hire two Account Managers to use their strategic selling skills to highlight the benefits of having our client's products and services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate consistency with our clients values
  • Strive to maximise value for clients through effective account management
  • Contribute to the sales environment by displaying a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Monitor business daily to achieve objective based KPIs
  • Demonstrate personal ambition, improvement of skills and act upon feedback to deliver improved results
  • Build knowledge of salesforce and all client management tools and processes

  • The right candidate will take a consultative approach and be able to advise and influence clients to adopt new approaches and increase client value, they should be able to sell the company and close business by matching and presenting company features and benefits to client needs.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • 2-4 years' experience of enterprise sales and/or business development experience
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solutions
    • Detailed financial markets industry knowledge would be highly beneficial
    • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of salesforce and operating procedures
    • The ability to consult clients F2F from end user to engagement level
