Our client works with some of the fastest-growing start ups in the UK and Europe in order to help them grow and accelerate their sales growth. They noticed a massive need in the market for a transparent and cost-effective sales tool to help drive momentum within sales teams. Instead of having to subscribe to multiple platforms for a range of services this software delivers high quality data and booked meetings straight to its clients. Their goal is to become the go-to-service for managing inside sales for anyone running a B2B sales team.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic account manager to help them look after and manage their client relationships. This is an opportunity to work with some of the world's most exciting B2B start-ups in order to improve and grow their sales process. Our client provide a solution that combines the best in tech, automation technology and amazing service to deliver responsible sales leads to their customers.

The right candidate will become part of an existing team to help build on current fast-paced growth, the type of person they are looking for will have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in Account Management or a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisation skills
  • A hungry and enthusiastic attitude
  • Impressive problem solving skills
  • The ability to demonstrate integrity, drive and natural curiosity
  • A clear understanding on what motivates them to be the best everyday

The day to day responsibilities will be:

  • Engaging and building relationships with senior stake-holders within some of the worlds' largest organisations
  • Being consultative and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success as key accounts benefiting from our client's services
  • Day to day client communication
  • Managing and liaising with a small team of analysts and campaign specialists
  • Analysing client campaigns and looking for ways to improve campaign results
  • Upselling
