My client is looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a dynamic client portfolio, delivering on business targets and securing new opportunities across TFS, DCC, and GR Media products. If you’re passionate about relationship building, delivering results, and working in a fast-paced international environment — we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.

  • Secure new business in line with assigned targets.

  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.

  • Protect and retain key accounts against competitors.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of market and business trends.

  • Deliver on all client contractual obligations.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Net Commission (TFS & DCC, including new business).

  • Hit Rate / Refund Ratio.

  • Marketing-driven Sales Conversion.


What We’re Looking For

  • Language Skills: Very good German and good English (spoken and written).

  • Experience: 2+ years in business account management or similar roles.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Tech Savvy: Confident using MS Office tools and working in tech-supported environments.

  • Personality: Goal-oriented, proactive, and independently driven.

  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Work Style: Able to manage priorities, work across time zones, and thrive in a matrix organization.
