Our client's mission is to simplify payroll and HR processes for SMBs. They have built an impressive SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals in order to save them time and money whilst re-focusing on what really matters: their employees. They already have a strong European presence and since 2015 have gained over 3000 companies as clients.

They now need an Account Exec to join the UK team, your role will be to convert sales opportunities into active clients by managing them from an initial meeting right through the sales cycle until they are onboarded on to the platform. You will be a key part of the sales team and grow the active client base, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Running demos booked by yourself and the team of SDR's
  • Conducting a needs analysis and determining prospects pain points to determine how much the solution offering fits into their needs
  • Identifying key decision makers and influencers
  • Working with the sales leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly revenue goals
  • Building business proposals, negotiating and converting sourced prospects into customers
  • Managing data of prospective clients in the CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Proactively sharing ideas and best practices with a continuous focus on improvement and finding new ways to contribute to the team's ongoing growth and success
  • Becoming a product expert and gathering feedback from prospects to constantly improve the product and features offering
  • Being an active part of the recruitment cycle to help build the best sales team ever

We are looking for people with:

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B software sales
  • CRM knowledge
  • A passion for sales/business development
  • Well developed negotiation, presentation and communication skills with a strong consultative sales approach
  • The ability to organise and prioritise your workload independently
  • An interest in working in a fast-paced and quick changing environment
