Access Management Analyst

The Access Management Analyst is responsible for the management and protection of the Investment Management firms computer applications/systems and associated data from unauthorized and inappropriate access.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Ownership, management and resolution of Access Management requests / issues from beginning to end.
  • Validation of requests, ensuring security is not compromised and correct records are maintained for audit and compliance purposes and appropriate licenses are in place.
  • Manage Access to The Firm and 3rd party applications in line with the agreed SLA's and company policy or guidelines.
  • Monitoring of entitlements and controls to ensure the integrity of access to systems and appropriate access levels are maintained.
  • Maintain, implement and assist in the definition of security and company policies as determined by CISO, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
  • Obtain, Prepare and Provide evidence of compliance of processes required during audits and reviews from various sources (Active Directory, Applications, Service Now, Identity & Access Management Systems and 3rd Parties).
  • This role will be required on a Rota basis covering the hours 07:00 - 18:00.
  • Ability to use service management tools to log/monitor/close client problems/requests. Particularly Service Now.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of security access technologies particularly Active Directory and MS Exchange
  • Demonstrable Knowledge of MS Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Systems particularly SailPoint Identity IQ, Varonis DatAdvantage, Quest Change Auditor would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of application, file and print security
  • Knowledge of Remote Access Systems particularly RSA, Good and Citrix
  • Desirable knowledge of Business Systems e.g. Charles River, SAP, Salesforce and SharePoint
