Currently we are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a London based organisation.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will be an integral member of the Infrastructure team and will be responsible for the support of applications/infrastructure.

Summary:

Role: 2nd Line Support Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd Line support across the Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP) and VMware

Help deliver business change and transformation projects

Ensure all rollouts, upgrade and fault resolutions are documented to the required standard

Undertake risk analysis for new software releases

Experience

Required:

  • Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP) experience
  • VMware
  • Knowledge of IP networking and LAN/WAN technologies
