2nd Line Support Analyst

Position: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Location: Leeds (4 days), Nottingham (1 day a week) – All expenses paid
Rate:£300-£350 p/d
Duration: 6 months
IR35: Inside
I have an exciting new role working with a leading global organisation who specialise in providing customers with innovative technologies, information-based analytics and decision tools and data services to reduce risk and improve their clients operations. They are currently looking for a contractor to join their team on a 6 month basis.
Key Skills:

* Previous enterprise experience
supporting both MacOS and Windows
* Windows build and deployment tools,
such as MDT, SCCM, Autopilot
* Experience of working with Azure and
MEM environments
* Technical knowledge of server and
workplace virtualisation solutions, such as VMware, vSphere, Citrix or Hyper V
* MacOS management tools, such as JAMF
Pro
* Active Directory administration
* Troubleshooting Outlook, including
problems connecting to Exchange/Office 365
* Connecting via a VPN, using
multifactor authentication
* ITSM software, such as TOPdesk,
Service Now, Remedy
* Basic hardware maintenance and
troubleshooting
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Work to SLA thresholds for incidents, request and problems
* Prioritising and Managing workload effectively, managing several open Incidents/Problems simultaneously
* Supporting users on both hardware and Software applications
* Desktop/Laptop/Mac builds and deployment
* Implement and quality test newly built computers.
* Ensure all replacement computers are working correctly before user sign off including all standard applications. * End to end application install including third party’s software installation for all business units.
