Currently we are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join an organisation based in London.

The 1st Line Support Technician will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide day to day 1st line support and escalate issues accordingly.

Summary:

Role: 1st Line Support Technician

Location: London

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Responsibilities:

Asses, categorise and prioritise incidents and service requests.

1st Line support - incident management

Provide 1st class customer service

Maintain self-help documentation and the knowledge database

Experience

Required:

  • Previous experience in a 1st Line Support role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Windows 7 / Windows 10 support
  • iPhone / Android mobile support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products

Desirable:

  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic LAN / WAN troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Airwatch
