Currently we are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing IT team for a large property organisation in Surrey.

Role: 1st Line Support Engineer

Location: Surrey

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

This role sits within the Service Desk Team with the primary function of providing day-to-day Citrix and Active Directory support within a light-touch ITIL framework.

The Role:

  • Provide support for Citrix, Active Directory and bespoke applications within a light-touch ITIL framework
  • Act as a single point of contact for IT incidents and requests
  • Provide technical support for issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, printers, phones and emails
  • Log, categorise and prioritise incidents/requests
  • Ensure all tickets are progressed & cleared within SLA
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Create and maintain support documentation
