1st Line Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst - £170 per day - Initial 3 month contract - Immediate start - 5 days per week in the office

An opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to join a growing IT Function, with the possibility of moving into a permanent role going forward. This would be an excellent role for an engineer looking to grow their skills and earning potential.

Must have recent experience as a Service Desk Analyst, providing 1st line support and initial triage of Incidents and Requests.

Key Skills:

  • Experience building laptops manually
  • Experience with O365 admin (setting up new users)
  • Experience with VPN support
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with patching cables from the switch to the desk
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office, printers
  • Basic knowledge of IT Security (e.g. recognising malicious emails)
  • We are looking for some-one with the following experience:
