Currently we are recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT team for a large property organisation in central London.

Role: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Customer Service is the key aspect of the role. We are looking for someone who is friendly & approachable who will deliver 1st class customer service within an ITIL environment.

The Role:

  • Assess, prioritise and categorise incidents and requests
  • Provide initial support and escalate where appropriate
  • Liaise with 3rd party support services
  • Ensure a high standard for the Service Desk in accordance with ITIL best practice
  • Maintain documentation
  • Suggest innovative ways of improving the support function

Required Skills:

  • An understanding of cloud technologies (particularly Office 365)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
