Currently we are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a London based IT Service Provider.

The 1st Line IT Support Analyst will provide 1st line support both remotely and face to face on client sites.

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st Line support across the Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365)

Provide 1st class customer service

Experience

Required:

  • Passion for IT/technology
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to log time spent and write detailed notes for tickets

Desired:

  • Commercial experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider
