Currently we are looking for an 1st/2nd Line IT Support to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.

The 1st/2nd Line IT Support will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide support at 1st and 2nd (line for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.

Summary:

Role: 1st/2nd Line IT Support

Location: Thame

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd Line Support across the Microsoft technology stack

  • Document incidents, problems and requests

  • Identify areas to improve in the environment and ensure that improvements are implemented

  • 1st-class customer service and communication skills

Experience

Required:

  • Previous IT Support experience within a Microsoft environment
  • Able to disassemble, troubleshoot and reassemble hardware

  • Strong technical skills with the Microsoft tech stack

  • Understanding of networking basics

  • Document incidents, problems and requests

  • Identify areas to improve in the environment and ensure that improvements are implemented
