IT Support Engineer - Windows 7, Active Directory, ticketing, MS Office, 0365

A leading organisation are on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and experience working in an ITIL environment. You must also have a full, clean driving licence - travel may be required.

Key Skills -

  • Experience using helpdesk ticketing system (Preferably Cherwell)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange - Account administration etc.
  • Experience with Windows 7 operating system and Microsoft Office, ideally including Office 365.
  • Proven support of mobile devices.
  • Ability to analyse and diagnose complex support issues.
  • Basic server and networking knowledge.
  • Windows Deployment Server
  • Strong remote diagnosis and resolution skills.
  • Hands on experience of installing Hardware and Software

Experience

  • Experience of working in an organisation with multiple locations.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a support based IT service engineering role.
  • Experience implementing and supporting wide ranging technologies.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly experienced working both alone and as a team member
