Senior Quality Engineer – £70,000 – Hybrid (3 days per week London)

La Fosse have partnered with one of the UK’s largest private banks to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing Quality Engineering team. This is a hands-on SDET role, ideal for someone passionate about test automation, quality-first engineering, and driving improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, helping to reduce manual testing efforts while improving quality, efficiency, and delivery speed across a large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks from scratch using tools such as C#, Selenium, Playwright and Appium.
• Proven track record of driving test automation initiatives and reducing manual testing
• Experience designing robust, maintainable frameworks across web and mobile applications.
• Experience improving testing efficiency, consistency, and overall product quality through automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
