Workday HCM Analyst – Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to London
Contract: Initial 6 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement and administration of the Workday platform for a leading organisation.
This is a remote-first contract role with occasional travel to London for stakeholder meetings and project workshops.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Workday HCM configuration and business processes
- Manage system changes, testing, and release activities
- Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
- Support process improvements and system enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or HRIS Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and reporting
- Experience with Workday business processes and security
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Desirable
- Experience with additional Workday modules
- Workday certifications
- Integration experience beneficial
