Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst – 6-12 month contract – Hybrid working, London (3 days on site)
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our client on an initial 6–12 month contract (hybrid, London – 3 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions
- Support workshops, UAT, and deployment activities
Key Requirements:
- Proven Salesforce BA / Functional Consultant experience
- Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Salesforce certifications
- Scrum certification
- Industry experience in luxury, wealth management or retail
