Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a dynamic delivery team on a 6–12 month contract. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams in an agile environment.

This role is well-suited to someone comfortable operating in complex, client-facing environments, ideally with exposure to luxury brands or wealth management.

• Act as the functional lead for Salesforce implementations and enhancements

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Configure and optimise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions align with business needs and best practices

• Support agile delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements

• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities

• Engage with stakeholders at varying levels, ensuring clear communication and expectation management

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant

• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Salesforce certifications (required)

• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and data models

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Scrum certification

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud

• Background in luxury industries, wealth management

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid working model: 3 days per week onsite in London, 2 days remote
