We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst (2nd Line) to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment across a corporate environment.
Rate: £200-250 Inside IR35
Length: 3 Months
Location: Manchester (Onsite full time with occasional travel to London)
The role will focus on hands-on end-user support, device readiness, troubleshooting, and post-migration stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line desktop support during a Windows 11 rollout

Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues (pre and post-upgrade)

Support and configure Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Device management and troubleshooting via Intune / Endpoint Manager

User onboarding, device builds, and upgrade support

Work closely with project and infrastructure teams to resolve rollout issues
Required Experience

Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365

Experience managing and supporting devices via Intune

Solid desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

Previous experience on large-scale OS upgrade or device rollout projects
