We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join one of the largest housing associations in England with requirements in London. They are looking for an innovative and energetic individual to work within their newly formed Corporate PMO.
The Portfolio Manager role is pivotal to the organisation with the delivery of their programme of change and turning their 5-year strategy into a reality. The successful candidate will be expected to take complex programmes and projects and drawing out plans, risks, and issues along with translating these into information that can understood.
Responsibilities will also include facilitating the mobilisation of the delivery of change and transformation initiatives, embedding new operating models, supporting portfolio management activity and influencing the 'masterplan' of activity across the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
3 years+ experience as a Portfolio Manager
Managing complex and varied projects within a portfolio of change and/or transformation
Experience influencing at a senior level and extremely competent at stakeholder communication, management and engagement
Strong leadership skills with a strong ability to develop colleagues and teams to be the very best they can be.
MSP, APMG, Prince2 or equivalent qualifications
