What is the role of an IT Analyst?

In addition to evaluating, developing, and advising companies on information technology strategies, you will also use advanced analytical skills to identify business opportunities and risks.
Responsibilities
Analyse and report on active IT systems, architectures, and processes
Install and upgrade software to meet the needs of the company
Perform tests on software to identify problems
Troubleshoot problems by designing IT solutions
Assess the company's IT framework for risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for improvement
Keep up to date with new trends and developments within the IT sector
Report issues, progress, and other critical information to managers and stakeholders
Work collaboratively with developers to create and install technology solutions
