In the rapidly-evolving digital economy where skills are in high demand and low supply, building and retaining highly talented diverse teams is becoming ever more challenging. At our recent event, facilitated by Tech Talent Charter co-founder Debbie Forster MBE, (rated one of the UK’s most influential “Women in Tech”) we heard from
the experiences and expertise of our inspirational cross-industry panel.
Our guests shared insights on how to attract, engage and retain diverse teams, including leveraging your employer brand in the Engineering community and improving your candidate experience. They also shared their experiences of implementing pioneering Apprenticeship Schemes, Coding Academies and Learning & Development programmes with a social impact.
The event was an excellent learning experience for Digital & Technology leaders as well as Heads of Talent, People Officers and HR partners with responsibility for attracting diverse teams in innovative markets.
