About futureproof:

Following an initial 5-month assessment period – during which time applicants are assessed on both attitude and aptitude – the top 2% are admitted to the course and trained over an intensive 13-week period in full-stack software engineering. After graduating, associates are placed into organisations on 2-year contracts – in addition to receiving support for themselves and their managers during this time, there is also the possibility for permanent hiring afterwards.
