Background
Having identified a need to further support the UK Government's transformation, La Fosse have launched a Public Sector practice, leveraging our proven track record of delivery within the private sector. MODnet Evolve - Sustain OFFICIAL and SECRET Information Communications and Technology (ICT) services in the Base and Base Overseas environments from the end of the ATLAS New Style of IT (Base) (NSOIT(B)) contract.
New Style of Information Technology (Base) - To deliver a cost-effective and modern ‘New Style of IT’ across the Defence estate.
Armed Forces People Programme - Aims to deliver and modernise the “Offer for the Armed Forces” and realise the agreed financial savings.
NCA Transformation Programme - To enable the NCA to become an intelligence-led and digitally-driven organisation.
HMCTS Reform - Modernise the infrastructure and deliver a better and more flexible service to court users; modernise and transform courts and tribunal service to increase efficiency, improve service quality and reduce the cost to the taxpayer.
Electronic Monitoring - Implementing a new electronic monitoring system and a service for the day-to-day monitoring of subjects wearing the devices.
With an established and trusted network of Associates, LFA PS has supported critical Leadership Hires through to Junior Delivery Associates with clearance levels ranging from Security Check to Enhance Developed Vetting.
Education

Apprenticeships Reform Programme (DFE) - To create more high-quality apprenticeships, meet the skills needs of employers and the country, to create progression for apprentices and to widen participation and social mobility in apprenticeships.

Census & Data Collection Transformation Programme - Delivering a successful 2021 Census, researching how to make it the last of its kind and transforming the work of ONS in how we collect, process and analyse data.
Universal Credit Programme (DWP) - Replaces six separate benefits and tax credits for working-age people, bringing together in and out of work systems into one, to make work pay.
Further to this, and in response to the Covid 19 Crisis, we have been supporting a variety of NHS organisations with specialist resources. Deployed with 48hrs, this enhanced capability has proved invaluable in their response.
Energy & Environment
La Fosse Public Sector is supporting the delivery of technology, business, and cultural transformations which will ensure the UK government fulfils future energy demands and Environmental ministerial and global promises.
Over the past 12 months we have been supporting the Department for Environment Food & Rural affairs as well as other Executive Agencies:
Defra Unity Programme (Defra) - A multi-year programme to replace Defra ICT services.
