Based in London, Tom partners with clients globally for mission-critical CEO search assignments. He is a private equity specialist, with a track record on both the fund and portfolio sides. Tom offers search capability pre-and post-deal, accompanied by broader deal origination initiatives. He has led mandates across Europe and select regions in the US.
Prior to La Fosse, Tom was a principal at AlphaSkill, a deal-centric consulting and executive search firm serving an international private equity client base. Tom was a founding team member of their UK office, joining as employee no.2 to successfully scale and establish the business as a premium boutique executive search brand.
Tom holds a BSc in business management from the University of Nottingham and a PgCert in mechanics of private equity from Middlesex University. He is an avid skier, fitness enthusiast, and social golfer.
