Steve is our Head of People Experience, leading the employee experience strategy, people business partnering and delivery of business HR services. He brings wide-ranging experience built in part through his time as an HR consultant.
Steve has strong international experience across a range of industries and sizes and particular skill in setting up HR functions and improving performance of established functions. Steve is a passionate mental health advocate and sponsor of our Pride Network.
In his free time, he enjoys open water swimming and is particularly keen on a cold dip in a lake several times a week!
