Sophie is the Talent Development Co-ordinator at La Fosse.
Prior to joining La Fosse, Sophie graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2020 with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, and in 2021 with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Following graduation Sophie worked in the engineering and building services industry as a Training Co-ordinator.
In her spare time Sophie enjoys socialising, exercising and travelling.
