Rachel specialises in recruiting permanent change and transformation roles as part of the Not-for-Profit & public sector practice at La Fosse Associates, based in London. She specialises in supporting NFP and public sector clients with their change and transformation recruitment programmes.
She has a strong understanding of the current strategic and technological trends within such organisations, as well as the financial and regulatory constraints that are unique to the public sector.
Rachel graduated from the University of Westminster in 2014 with a BA in English Language and Linguistics and for the last six years has worked in special education recruitment.
