Olivia works in our executive practice as a senior researcher and is based in London. She specialises in delivering business-critical leadership searches, placing C-level executives into fast-growth PE or VC-backed businesses across a wide variety of sectors and geographies.
Before joining La Fosse, she was part of the research team at Martin Tripp Associates where she focused on placing senior commercial leaders across the media, technology, information, and entertainment industries globally.
Prior to executive search, Olivia worked in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and Edinburgh leading guest relations teams in the luxury hospitality sector.
Olivia holds a Master’s degree in professional language and intercultural studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Middle Eastern studies from the University of Leeds.
