She has a keen interest in recruitment business’s who are scaling up heavily with a particular knowledge of the challenges affecting hiring in this market. She has experience advising a range of recruitment businesses, from small start-ups to major organisations, with a particular focus on technology, digital and data recruitment markets. Nikki has had a 15 year career in recruitment and has spent the last 5 years specialising in the R2R markets.
