Madison heads up the Talent and Development function at La Fosse, managing a team of 6 and all training and development programmes across the La Fosse group of businesses.
Prior to joining La Fosse, Madison attended Oxford Brookes University where she studied English Literature and Language. Following her graduation, Madison joined a recruitment agency in Bristol on a grad scheme. Madison later moved to work in the education and training sector, where she worked in recruitment for a further two years, before being promoted to an Account Manager for Pret A Manger. Madison managed the L&D function of Pret's shop workforce through apprenticeships, where she built her L&D knowledge and experience.
