Lise leads the Sales and Marketing Executive Search practice at La Fosse in the UK and Europe. She focuses on placing executive and C-level individuals into a variety of commercial roles, from chief sales officers to chief growth officers, and across sectors including private equity.
Prior to La Fosse, Lise worked as a Business Development Manager at tado° - a tech IoT start-up focusing on smart heating products - and at Montagu Private Equity, where she focused on C-level portfolio talent management across Europe. She started her career as an executive search consultant, advising private equity clients on the recruitment of their CEOs, CFOs and non-executive board members.
Lise holds a master’s degree in International Management from UCD Michael Smurfit in Dublin, and a bachelor's degree in Political Sciences and Economics from Sciences Po Strasbourg, France.
